With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Trevor has worked with people from all walks of life including youth athletes, business professionals, seniors, and clients with chronic illness. By taking an individualized approach, he can look at a clients “why” behind exercise and work with them to develop a plan that fits where they’re at.
