Biography
Meet Ricardo, a Strength and Conditioning Specialist dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness and performance goals. His passion for sports and physical activity has been a lifelong journey, from his early days playing soccer to exploring a variety of sports like badminton, tennis, and skiing. This love for movement led him to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, specializing in Sport Performance, while also competing with the University of Alberta Golden Bears Soccer team.
Since 2020, Ricardo has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of high-performance athletes, including WHL players, national-level figure skaters, and Paralympic competitors, at a leading sports performance gym. Driven by a commitment to continuous growth, he recently completed a Master of Coaching degree, specializing in youth strength and conditioning and competitive mental dynamics. His goal is to empower individuals of all levels to take advantage of their physical potential and confidently pursue their passions. He aims to work alongside clients to build a stronger, healthier self.
