Biography
Lola has been passionate about fitness and athletics from a young age, participating in a wide variety of both individual and team sports throughout her life. Her athletic background helped shape her strong work ethic, discipline, and dedication to healthy living. After her sports career came to an end, Lola continued to build on her love for fitness through strength training and consistent time in the gym. Wanting to turn that passion into a career, she enrolled in the Bachelor of Kinesiology program at Red Deer Polytechnic. During her studies, she frequently trained alongside friends and family, helping them improve their confidence, strength, and overall fitness. Through these experiences, Lola discovered how much she enjoyed motivating others and supporting them in achieving their personal goals.
Lola brings both knowledge and enthusiasm to every training session. Her background in kinesiology, combined with her firsthand athletic experience, allows her to create programs that are effective, goal-oriented, and tailored to each individual. Her goal is to help clients feel stronger, healthier, and more confident while building sustainable habits that last beyond the gym.

Along the way, I will teach you proper exercise techniques, guide you through workouts designed specifically for your goals, and provide support with nutrition and overall wellness.
