The Private Gym Experience
We are a fully private gym which means every client is working with their own personal trainer towards their own goals. This allows us to customize your workouts and create an atmosphere that is inclusive and non-judgmental for all our clients.
All of our personal trainers are certified experts in the field of movement and physical performance and are committed to continuing to grow as fitness professionals. We take the time to get to know you and work with you to help you achieve your goals, no matter what they might be.
Private Personal Training
1 on 1 personal training with you and your trainer, this is our most popular service. Exercise programs are customized to your abilities and goals. Your trainer will be actively engaged with you to ensure you get the most out of your sessions.
Partner Personal Training
2 on 1 personal training with you, a partner, and your trainer. This option is more cost effective and working out with a friend or family member can make the sessions more fun! Programs will be customized to each individual’s ability level and trainers will be engaged with both partners during the sessions.
Home Program Design
Our trainers will design you a customized program to do on your own, based on your ability level and goals. This service is best for someone who wants to workout on their own, but needs guidance from a professional about what to do and how to achieve their desired outcomes. Programs can be designed to accommodate any space, facility or available equipment.
